The track team competed well against seven teams at the TSCAC Track meet on Wednesday. The high school boys’ team of Seth B, Simeon C, John D, Adam M, Will M, Caleb P and Bob D had a terrific day finishing second place overall scoring victories in the 4x200m relay and Simeon in the 3200m. Second place finishers were John in the 800m, Simeon 1600m and the 4x400m relay. John also placed third in the 1600m.
Junior High girls’ team of Khyia W and Kate C placed 5th overall with Kate winning the long jump and finishing 2nd in the 400m.
The Junior High boys’ team of Theodore W, Dylan S, Nicholas S, Richard S, David R and Zen A finished 5th overall scoring points in the 4X200meter relay and Zen’s victory in the 3200m.
Liz C representing the HS girls placed fifth in the softball throw and long jump.
